The Do's and Don'ts of Exercise Balls

Exercise balls are a proven way to get in shape, and they may also be fun, but they can be dangerous if used improperly. Check out this video of what NOT to do.

  2. Don't bounce aggressively
  3. Go Slow
  4. Pay Attention to Back Pain
  5. Don't Stand
  6. Don't Overextend Your Back Muscles
